Every Heat Press is different, temps and pressure are not always accurate or even so adjusting for your individual press is necessary, we highly recommend a heat gun. No teflon, covers, pillows; you MAY need to make an exception AND USE A PRESSING PILLOW if you have problems obtaining a high enough pressure setting.

We ship out orders during the work week Monday through Friday. Ready to ship transfers ship 2-3 business days not including holidays. Pre-orders ship 7-10 business days starting the following Monday after close not including holidays. One and two color pre-orders ship out faster than full color. If you combine ready to ship and pre-orders, they will be held and shipped out together. If you need the ready to ships before pre-orders arrive, we advise that you place two separate orders. We ship daily on non-holiday business days through the UPS and USPS. We are located in Alabama and the most travel time we have seen is three days. At this time, we only ship inside the United States. We offer first class mail, first class package, parcel select ground along with priority mail along with multiple UPS options. After shipping labels are created, you will receive a email with tracking information. Priority mail does comes insured at no additional costs. If you have any problems with shipments after they have left our care, you will need to contact the USPS or UPS directly with your tracking numbers but we are willing to help you any way possible. Due to the sensitivity of the screen prints, we do not allow returns or exchanges. If there are any errors on our part, we will ship you replacement prints but will not accept incoming packages. Order cancellation requests are decided on case by case basis but will not be issued once the order has been worked on or contain closed preorders where prints claimed have already been purchased by Bama Screens.
