Retcon This episode established as being the babies first Halloween even though there was already an earlier Halloween episode called Candy Bar Creep Show. They go trick-or-treating and get lots of candy, but when they go to look for Angelica, they see her going into a haunted house for adults and follow her, and all of them, including Angelica, get scared in the process.
The Rugrats soon discover that the werewolf is none other than Angelica's evil aunt, Coco LaBouche, who is attempting to scare everyone away from the coffee house and take over the franchise. With the help of Spike, the Rugrats' loyal dog, the group must find a way to expose Coco's true identity and put an end to her wicked plans. Throughout their adventure, the Rugrats learn important lessons about friendship, bravery, and the power of teamwork.
