Cream blushes are bigger than ever and, after seeing them all over Instagram, I decided my makeup bag was seriously missing this summertime staple. So, I started searching for some cream blushes to add to my collection and found two in particular caught my eye: the Tower 28 BeachPlease Luminous Tinted Balm and the Rare Beauty Stay Vulnerable Melting Blush.
I’m a big fan of these brands anyway, so of course both of these went into my basket. I mean, how could I resist that packaging! I’ve been trying them out for a couple of weeks and I’m just about ready to give a full review/comparison.

1. Sarah - 2 stars - I was really disappointed with the Tower 28 cream blush in Magic Hour. The color looked completely different in person compared to online swatches. Additionally, I found the formula to be quite patchy and hard to blend. It also didn't last very long on my skin and started to fade after just a couple of hours. Overall, I don't think it's worth the price and I wouldn't recommend it.
2. Emily - 1 star - I had high hopes for the Tower 28 cream blush in Magic Hour, but it fell flat for me. The shade was too sheer and hardly showed up on my fair skin. I tried building it up, but it just looked cakey and unnatural. The formula also didn't blend well and seemed to sit on top of my skin instead of melting in. I was really disappointed with this product and would not repurchase or recommend it to others.
3. Alex - 2 stars - The Tower 28 cream blush in Magic Hour did not live up to the hype for me. The pigmentation was lacking, even when I tried layering it. It just didn't give me the intense flush of color I was looking for. Additionally, the formula was quite greasy and didn't blend easily. It also made my skin look oily and shiny, which is not a look I'm going for. I think there are better cream blushes out there for a similar price.
