Josh Gudwin is a 3x US and 5x Latin Grammy Award winning Mix Engineer, Record Producer, Vocal Producer and Musician. He is a veteran of the US Marines and an alumni of Full Sail University. Josh started at Record Plant Studios in Hollywood, CA then worked under 5x Grammy Award winning vocal producer Kuk Harrell in 2008. This new Black Box HG-2MS is a welcomed upgrade with its new flexibility. The additions like TMT, Density, Mono Maker, Stereo Width, calibration, MS capabilities, and selected frequency saturation, this plugin checks all the boxes for me. It’s my new go-to for acoustic guitars, percussion, drum loops and has been used on the last 20 mixes I’ve done (not gonna name drop).
