I had a really bad experience with Magical Memories Entertainment. The party entertainer we hired was completely unprofessional and seemed completely disinterested in entertaining the kids. He didn't engage with the children at all and just stood there awkwardly, almost as if he didn't want to be there. It was a complete waste of money and I would not recommend their services to anyone.

I was disappointed with the quality of the costumes provided by Magical Memories Entertainment. They looked cheap and were not at all like the characters they were supposed to represent. The kids were excited to see their favorite characters, but they were left feeling let down by the poor representation. It definitely did not live up to my expectations and I won't be using their services again.

I was very dissatisfied with the communication from Magical Memories Entertainment. They were unresponsive to my emails and phone calls leading up to the event, which left me feeling anxious and uncertain if they would even show up. When they finally did make an appearance, it was clear they were unprepared and didn't have a proper plan in place. It was a chaotic and disorganized mess, and I would advise others to look elsewhere for their entertainment needs.
