Eric is from Melbourne, Australia, and according to Pagan, is not even Asian, but has the correct cheek bones to pose as his double. Eric is killed by Ajay Ghale in the mission Truth and Justice. The golden statue Eric posed for got destroyed in the mission Ashes to Ashes. If Ajay stays with Pagan right from the start, it's unknown what would happen to Eric.
He is also depicted as having a fondness for luxury and opulence. Pagan Min is a ruthless dictator who rules Kyrat with an iron fist. He uses his power to oppress the people of Kyrat and subject them to his whims.

If the player choose to explore Pagan's mind by interact his status, we can see Eric disguising himself as a double body of Pagan Min. He is summoned by Pagan to check his appearance but apparently attracted to him and the two later kissed passionately. It is implied that he is in fact homosexual.
He is not shy about using violence and brutality to maintain his control over the country. Despite his ruthless nature, Pagan Min is a charismatic and witty character. He often delivers humorous and sarcastic remarks, even in the midst of tense situations. This adds depth to his character and makes him more memorable as a villain.
