Help me save my cat Ming
I am humbly seeking for your help to save my cat Ming. A little background about Ming is that she is 3 1/5 years old, full of energy, persistent, caring and hard working (she loves to hunt and chase the rats away from our home). My husband and I have been dog lovers but Ming changed all that. She one day appeared in our backyard and did her best for us to understand her nature. It took many months for this to happened but she didn't give up on us. We came to love her and she had been our animal support on this COVID time. Everything was going well until Jan. 20 when Ming came home with her jaws hanging open. It was hard for us to bare how she looks. At that situation we know she was in deep pain so we rushed her to the hospital and to our Vet. Ming's doctor explained to us that she had been most likely hit by a car. My heart sank and we just broke down. Ming had 2 fractures on her lower jaw. The left jaw is more critical than the other being close to the neck part that took a real blow that enables Ming to eat. She also had some bruises on her front legs. If operation is not performed, Ming will not be able to eat again. The nature of her surgery requires a specialist which is very costly. Right now, Ming has a tube attached to her neck and her jaws are still open. Even with all this happening to Ming , her vet nurse said that she is a love bug. With financial help we will be able to bridge her life and after a few months she will recover from all this.
I hope you'll find it in your hearts to help us and help Ming. I work as a Preschool teacher, my husband recently lost his job but is actively looking. We have some financial challenges and with COVID adding to it makes it hard but we are not giving up just like Ming. We don't want to give up on her.
