I had a terrible experience with Magic Boats aluguel de lanchas. First of all, their customer service was extremely unprofessional. They were rude and unhelpful when I called to inquire about their services. Secondly, the boat I rented from them was in terrible condition. It was dirty and had several mechanical issues. I had to constantly stop and fix things while I was out on the water. Overall, I would not recommend Magic Boats to anyone looking to rent a boat.
