Even though we are serious about our mission, we believe life should be fun and our definition of fun always includes paddleboards and witch costumes. The Ponds Summerville Veterans Group is a neighborhood club that builds cohesion, provides resources, and fellowship among veterans and their families within The Ponds.

Downtown Spooktacular will commence with a Witches and Wizards walk, beginning in Armstrong Park and ending at the Halloween stage in downtown Grain Valley. Following the walk, festivities will be ready and waiting for residents in the downtown district.

Parking Information:
Attendees are encouraged to park and walk to the event whenever possible. The following locations have been idetified as public parking areas during event times:
City Hall/Community Center Parking Lot: 711 Main Street
OOIDA Parking Lot: 1 NW OOIDA
Old Towne Marketplace Parking Lot: Southwest Corner of Main and Eagles Parkway
Valley Speedway: 348 E Old Hwy 40
Accessible Parking: First Baptist Church Grain Valley: 207 W. Walnut (Please note that Walnut street will be closed from Main to Gregg-please enter the church lot from West of the downtown district off Kirby Road)
Restroom Information:
Portable toliets will be placed throughout the event. There are also public restrooms located a short walk away in Armstrong Park.
