Those who are selected to be an Orlando Magic Graduate Associate will acquire practical knowledge through hands-on experience and gain invaluable skills necessary to compete for careers in the sports industry when the program is completed. We currently offer over 20 different opportunities in a variety of departments.

Length of Program
- Season-long program that runs August through June
- Post Grad due to the time commitment expectations
- Recent college graduates (up to 24 months following graduation date)

Graduate Associate Training Camp
Training Camp is a monthly get-together for the Graduate Associates. Each month, the Graduate Associates get the opportunity to sit down face-to-face with a member of the Orlando Magic Leadership Team and hear their career story, career advice, in addition to an interactive Q&A session. We also provide a workshop on resume writing and interviewing skills.
Training Camp is a great opportunity for Graduate Associates to bond with each other, learn more about the sports industry and network with the Orlando Magic Leadership.

I had a terrible experience staying at Talisman Apartments in Austin. First of all, the customer service was awful. The staff was unhelpful and unfriendly. Overall, I would not recommend staying at Talisman Apartments.
