Blood magic is a powerful and somewhat controversial form of magic in the world of Black Clover. It is a type of magic that involves the manipulation and usage of one's blood to cast spells and perform various magical feats. In the Black Clover universe, blood magic is considered to be a forbidden and dangerous form of magic. It is believed that only those with an immense amount of natural talent and a strong will can master this type of magic. Blood magic is often associated with dark and twisted rituals, as its usage usually requires the user to spill their own blood or the blood of others. This can involve cutting oneself with a blade or using other means to draw blood. The spilled blood is then used as a catalyst to cast spells or create powerful magical effects.

Tarte Make Magic Happen Eyeshadow Palette Review & Swatches

The new, limited edition Tarte Make Magic Happen Amazonian Clay Eyeshadow Palette ($32) is a new Summer 2017 launch. I know, we’ve been a little burned with Tarte lately but they are slowly redeeming themselves in my eyes as the Clay Play Face Shaping Palette has actually become a stable product for me and I’ve been using it daily since purchasing it.

The Make Magic Happen Eyeshadow Palette caught my eye because it appeared to have some sort of new eyeshadow formulation and on some level it is a different formula for Tarte.

Let’s take a look at my review and swatches below.

I gotta admit this one impressed me a lot and I think I’ll make a lot of use out of this palette but it isn’t for everyone but I’ll get into that more in a bit.

The first thing that surprised me was the size. This is pretty small! I’m not sure what I expected but I was thinking CD case size at the very least but it is considerably smaller and the size of the Tarte Double Duty Beauty Eye & Cheek Palette that I reviewed several months ago. None the less it still packs in nine shades that are 0.045 oz each. It’s not a lot of product but they aren’t charging you a crazy amount for it either. My shock at the size was quickly replaced and I was actually quite happy to have such a portable, travel friendly, and easy to store palette that was sized just right not to mention they even squeezed a very generously sized mirror inside. If you travel a lot it’s really perfect for just that. I was impressed that the wells of each shadow were also very generously sized and I didn’t struggle dipping a brush into them.

Tarte Make Magic Happen Palette Swatches (Imagine, Abracadabra, Charm, Twinkle Twinkle)

I can’t say that I down own all of these shades already because I’d be a liar. A lot of these shades can be found across my collection of palettes from both Tarte and other brands quite easily but I still do not regret the purchase. These are such a delightful formula and seemed considerably more finely milled than any other Tarte eyeshadow I’ve tried in the past. They are incredibly soft, super silky, and they blend very easily. If you have aging eyes like my own you’ll appreciate the beautiful texture. They do run sheerer though which might disappoint people who want a bold and vibrant selection of eyeshadows. Personally, I didn’t mind the sheerness in the least. They built easily, they were noticeable, but they never overpowered my eyes but they did accent them beautifully. Some of these shades are Believe a soft taupe-y greige, Twinkle Twinkle a delicate buttery gold, and Impress a light tan beige. If you’re looking to go nude with your eyes these shades will help you to do so easily. Another shade that stood out was Miracles a very beautiful plum that was easy to wear all over my lid without looking like I was punched.

I did find one slight issue with the palette! The names of the eyeshadows are listed on Tarte’s website however, no where on the packaging are they listed anywhere. I guess it’s not too big a deal but I would have liked it printed somewhere on the outer packaging or on the back of the compact at least.

I can’t rave this one enough! The Tarte Make Magic Happen Eyeshadow Palette will likely be a hit with minimal makeup users as it contains soft, beautiful colors that accent eyes to create gorgeous looks. I don’t know what Tarte did here with the formula but I am incredibly pressed with the soft, silkiness of these eyeshadows. For those interested the palette is Made in Italy.

I’m Muse Approving this one.

Blood maic black clover

Despite its dark and forbidden nature, blood magic is known to be incredibly powerful and versatile. It allows the user to manipulate and control blood, both their own and that of others. This can be used for a wide range of purposes, such as healing wounds, enhancing physical abilities, and even manipulating the minds and bodies of others. However, the use of blood magic comes at a high cost. It is an incredibly draining and risky form of magic to wield. The user must constantly be vigilant and careful to avoid overusing their own blood, as doing so can lead to severe exhaustion, injury, or even death. Additionally, the use of blood magic has the potential to corrupt the user, slowly twisting them into a darker and more sinister version of themselves. In the world of Black Clover, blood magic is often associated with villains and antagonists. Many of the series' major villains utilize blood magic as their primary form of magic, highlighting its dangerous and malevolent nature. However, there are also a few protagonists and heroes who are able to wield blood magic responsibly and for the greater good. In conclusion, blood magic in Black Clover is a forbidden and dangerous form of magic that involves the manipulation and usage of one's own blood. It is a powerful and versatile form of magic but comes at a high cost and carries the risk of corruption..

Reviews for "Blood Magic and the Concept of Sacrifice in "Black Clover"

1. John - 2/5 stars - I have been a fan of "Black Clover" for a while now, but the "Blood Magic" arc really disappointed me. The storyline felt rushed and poorly executed. The introduction of new characters felt forced, and the motivations behind their actions were not well developed. Additionally, the battle scenes lacked the intensity and strategy that I had come to expect from the series. Overall, "Blood Magic" felt like a filler arc that added little value to the overall plot of the series.
2. Sarah - 2/5 stars - As a fan of "Black Clover," I was excited to dive into the "Blood Magic" arc. However, I found it to be a major letdown. The pacing was incredibly slow, and the storyline was convoluted. It felt like the creators were trying to introduce too many new elements at once without giving proper explanations or development. The character interactions also felt lackluster, and I struggled to connect with the new additions to the cast. Overall, "Blood Magic" was a disappointing arc that failed to live up to the quality of previous storylines.
3. Alex - 3/5 stars - While I didn't hate the "Blood Magic" arc, I found it to be underwhelming compared to some of the earlier arcs in "Black Clover." The introduction of new characters felt jarring and disrupted the flow of the story. The pacing also felt off, with some events dragging on while others felt rushed. However, the artwork and fight scenes were still enjoyable, keeping me somewhat engaged with the arc. Overall, "Blood Magic" had its flaws, but it still had some redeeming qualities that prevented it from being a complete disappointment.
4. Emily - 2/5 stars - "Blood Magic" in "Black Clover" was a major disappointment for me. The arc felt like a rehash of previous storylines, with no real innovation or progression. The plot twists were predictable, and the character development felt stagnant. It felt like the creators were playing it safe and not taking risks. Additionally, the animation quality dipped noticeably during this arc, further detracting from my enjoyment. Overall, "Blood Magic" was a lackluster addition to the "Black Clover" series.
