For formal dining, take the party outside to enjoy amazing year-round Florida weather at a dining table with overhead protection. The back patio also features a built-in grill with a sink and granite counters for prep and serving. There is also lounge furniture for optimal relaxation while you have a nightcap.


Back inside, the living room is made up of two seating spaces. One offers a smart TV, fireplace, and direct access to the patio. The other is ideal for conversation with cozy seating facing each other. Down the hall, a 1/2 bathroom is available for convenience.

The home sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably between three suite-style bedrooms. All bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor and furnished with luxe linens to ensure everyone has a restful night for a full day’s play tomorrow!


Bedroom #1 is a true retreat with a King bed, reading and seating area, TV, and en-suite bath. The en-suite features a well-proportioned stand-up shower.

Bedroom #2 is outfitted with a dreamy King bed, Smart TV, and en-suite. This en-suite offers a shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #3 is configured for the young ones with 2 Twin beds, Smart TV, and an en-suite. The en-suite provides a second shower/tub combo option.

- Renting the property does not automatically grant access to the resort amenities. Guests may choose to access amenities a la carte for $100 per day and have full access to the hot tub, pool, tennis courts and kids area. There are brand-new high-end dining options on site if you choose a quite night in.

- There are 2 reserved parking spaces available.

- A laundry room with a washer/dryer is available for guest use in the house.


The property is located in Magic Village Resort, an upscale community with exclusive services. With a small OPTIONAL amenity fee which you can purchase at the front desk, guests of Villa at Magic Village have access to enjoy several on-site amenities including the tennis courts, business center, hot tub, pool, giant chessboard, and fitness center. Walt Disney World, with all its major theme parks, is less than a 5-min drive. Epcot is just under 10-minutes away.

SunsetWalk, a modern shopping complex offering just about everything under the sun, is 2.6 miles away and a great option to switch up your day. The complex features Island H20 Waterpark, over a dozen noteworthy restaurants, a dine-in movie theater, video arcade, live music, farmers market, spa, and if you can believe it SO much more! If you’re looking to stock the house, a the biggest most awesome Target is right on 192 and a rather pedestrian Sam’s Club is conveniently located just 2 miles from the home.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of $30 per additional hour requested. There is a charge of $100 per family per day to use the resort amenities. This can be paid at the Clubhouse front desk.
